Can we keep our existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. Your existing number is migrated to the official WhatsApp Business API — the number your customers know keeps working, now with named users and full accountability behind it. We handle the migration, including archiving your existing chat history.
Is it POPIA-compliant?
Yes. Data is hosted in South Africa with role-based access, defined retention, encrypted backups and a documented breach-notification process, under a signed operator agreement with every client.
How quickly can we go live?
Typically about four to five weeks from sign-off: discovery, configuration, migration, training and a supported go-live with two weeks of hyper-care.
What does it cost?
