Galaxy Global Group ("Galaxy Global", "we", "us") is a customer experience and revenue operations partner based at 4 Kalk Ave, Randpark Ext, Randburg, 2194, South Africa. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"), Galaxy Global Group is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website.

For personal information we process on behalf of our clients in the course of delivering our services (for example contact-centre, CRM or Galaxy Connect services), we act as an operator under a signed operator agreement with each client.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Enquiry and demo-request forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, the services you are interested in, and any message you choose to send.
• Direct contact: information you share when you email, phone or WhatsApp us.

Information collected automatically

• Hosting logs: our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability purposes.
• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless tool that measures aggregate page views and visits. It does not use cookies and does not track or identify individual visitors.
• Cookies: this website does not set marketing or tracking cookies.

• To respond to your enquiry, demo or walkthrough request.
• To prepare proposals and provide the services you ask about.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
• To protect the security and integrity of our website and systems.

We process this information on the basis that it is necessary to respond to your request and pursue our legitimate business interests. We do not sell personal information, and we will not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate this website and respond to enquiries:

• Form processing: form submissions are delivered to us via Formspree Inc. (USA).
• Website hosting: this website is hosted by Netlify Inc. (USA).
• Analytics: aggregate, cookieless traffic measurement is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA).
• Email: enquiries are received and handled in our business email environment, hosted in South Africa.

Where information is transferred outside South Africa (for example to the providers above), we do so in accordance with section 72 of POPIA, relying on providers whose terms impose appropriate protection consistent with POPIA's conditions for lawful processing.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping and follow-up — typically no longer than 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or a contract with you.

We apply reasonable, appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) across this website, role-based access to enquiry information, and South African data-centre hosting with encrypted backups for client-service data processed under our operator agreements.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
• Object to processing of your personal information.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
